自体心理学

精神分析理论和技术的一种,源自HeinzKohut对自恋型人格疾患的研究,关注的是自体的发展及自体客体转移关系。自体心理学主张三极自体的结构,以及正常自体是镜映、理想化、和孪生需求的平衡。
自体心理学与客体关系理论两者同为佛洛伊德的古典精神分析以来,擅长且详细描述了关于前语言期现象的问题与处理的两大精神分析理论。

After attending its college and graduate school, Dr. Stolorow received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Harvard University in 1970, and he earned his Certificate in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy from the Psychoanalytic Institute of the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health, New York City, in 1974. He also received a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of California at Riverside in 2007. He holds diplomas both in Clinical Psychology and in Psychoanalysis from the American Board of Professional Psychology. In 1995 he received the Distinguished Scientific Award from the Division of Psychoanalysis of the American Psychological Association, in which he is a Fellow.
